| Bullshit. It's 45% ignorant teenagers who know nothing, 50% ugly bitches whose only friends are animals and 1% random hot chicks and 4% faggits. People say that food companies torture their animals and they even have video evidence. What they don't tell you is that most of those videos were staged by peta themselves. The CDC offers a LOT of awards for good treatment of animals, good living conditions, and humane ways of killing the animal before processing. It's just flat out ridiculous for anyone to not eat meat, you're not going to change a damn thing. Meat will always be one of our main sources of food. Whether you like it or not. So you might as well enjoy it. Like I always say: Meat is murder, tastey tastey murder. | |

| Speaking as someone who was vegetarian for a long time, well mor elike 4 months but hey thats a long time without meat; nothing really changes if you stop eating meat. So what if you personally don't? Your not going to convince anyone else not to,sure you might get a friend or two to do it with you but nothing major. Just eat meat and accept that regardless of how it was treated, its tasty now that its dead. | |

| "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has." Margaret Mead.
I eat meat and I like the taste, but there's no arguing that eating a meat-less diet is much healthier for you. The average vegetarian has a longer lifer expectancy, a lower risk of developing cancer and much less obese. Take those facts with a grain of salt because meat is usually loaded with more chemicals than produce and is also much more fattening, but an interesting study I read up on pointed to one major factor to why we should stop eating meat: the environment. The amount of land that we use to raise, breed and slaughter the cattle/poultry/pork, plus the amount of land we use to grow the grain we use to feed the cattle/poultry/pork could be better used just growing vegetables and fruits for our consumption and will in turn create much less pollution by the lack of methane produced and the less machinery required to tend to the produce. | |

| Then why does peta waste there time being anti meat. Why don't they make these points. I know it would be nearly impossible to make people stop eating meat. But I mean if they stopped wasting there time filming phony videos about poor treatment and get more into the direct point that people will actually listen to. It's already proven. I mean look how quickly this "Going green" thing has sprung up. Even Walmart is getting in on it. If peta went green so to say it might actually have some sorta effect for the good. | |

| Because PETA doesn't give a shit about the environment. PETA only cares about animals being treated fairly. While that's admirable, there won't be many animals left if the world implodes in a carbon doomsday-esque scenario. Unfortunately, what I described about the lack of methane and using the land for produce involves literally killing all forms of cattle/poultry and pork used for direct consumption; PETA wouldn't like that very much. | |

| Well then there is no way PETA can win. The world will implode if people don't kill the animals. And if do kill the animals then PETA is for nothing because there against it. | |
