So i thought i would give photoshop a try.
This is my first sig i ever made with photoshop so don't hate haha

really not bad for a first try. First things first. use a small render only one usually. [renders found at planetrenders.net or deviantart.com]. make use of the smudge tool to start out making backgrounds, duplicate the render in different spots and smudge it around. I'll come over some time and show you some more tricks.
